Grapes were fully destemmed and crushed, followed by a slight pressing of the must and decanting until the required clarity was achieved. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 13ºC to 14ºC for about three weeks to preserve and enhance the intensity of the primary aromas.
Terroir
The grapes come from plots of Touriga Nacional and Tinto Cão located in the Meda region of the Upper Douro. Situated at an altitude of approximately 600 meters, these vineyards benefit from excellent thermal amplitude, with hot days and cold nights, favoring balanced ripening and the preservation of acid freshness.
