Sauternes wine is the nectar of Bordeaux, shaped by noble rot in the Sémillon and Sauvignon grape varieties.

● With layers of honeyed apricot, marmalade, saffron and toasted nuts under a vibrant and refreshing backbone. Serve well chilled with foie gras, Roquefort or fruit tarts. The passage of time adds depth and refinement, making these bottles as worthy of cellaring as they are desirable.
