This wine combines nearly all the qualities of the other Grands Crus: Rich, fine and very delicate, it becomes more and more mineral with age. As with the Valmur, it is powerful, subtle and maturing time in barrels brings out a complex aroma. It is excellent to drink at any age, but if one prefers the mineral taste, it needs to wait more than 8 years.
