Vintage or Millésimé Rosé Champagne is produced from a single declared harvest, with greater structure and clear details of the terroir.

● The colour and texture are obtained through maceration by saignée or assemblage with the Pinot base wine. Prolonged ageing on lees adds a fine mousse, brioche aroma and longevity. With notes of red cherry, red orange and spices on a fresh, chalky background. Designed to evolve and excellent at the table.
