Brut Nature is bottled without dosage to achieve maximum clarity.

● Expect citrus notes, green apple and a salty edge, supported by very fine bubbles and a concentrated finish. Ageing on lees softens the edges while maintaining a very dry finish. Perfect as an aperitif and excellent with oysters and sashimi.
