Blanc de Noirs Sparkling Wine is pressed from black grapes to achieve greater body and red fruit notes.

● It has strawberry, cherry, and a hint of spice aromas, balanced by fresh acidity and creamy bubbles from time on the lees. A versatile style that pairs well with charcuterie, roasted fish, and poultry.
