Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine is produced exclusively from white grapes to achieve precision and lightness. Citrus, green apple and white flower aromas stand out against a fine, persistent mousse.

● Ageing on lees gives it a subtle creaminess, while the finish remains dry and mineral. An exquisite choice to accompany seafood, sushi and appetisers.
