Brut

Rosé Champagne Brut combines freshness with a discreet structure. Produced by blending Pinot Noir or Meunier base wines, or by saignée maceration, it presents aromas of strawberry, raspberry and blood orange over a touch of chalk and fine mousse.

● The Brut dosage keeps the wine fresh but smooth. A versatile style that goes well with charcuterie, salmon, duck and lightly spiced dishes.
