Brut Nature Champagne shows the region in its purest form, bottled with zero dosage and residual sugar under 3 g/L.

● Chalky soils and prolonged aging on the lees give it a firm structure, fine mousse, and a saline, mineral touch. Expect citrus, green apple, and chipped stone notes. Dry and incisive, it is excellent as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with oysters and sashimi.
