Blanc de Blancs champagne is a celebration of Chardonnay in its purest form. Sourced mainly from the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs, these champagnes feature notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers and a subtle hint of saltiness.

● The dosage varies between Brut and Brut Nature. Expect precision, delicate mousse and ageing on lees. Ideal with oysters and sashimi.
