One of the most coveted pearls of the Côte des Blancs, Agrapart et Fils is an exclusive artisanal Champagne maison elevating the Chardonnay grape to its purest, most vibrant, and luxurious expression. ● Situated in the prestigious village of Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs Grand Cru terroir, Agrapart et Fils is the absolute pinnacle of 'Récoltant-Manipulant' (grower-producer) Champagne. Imported and distributed in Portugal exclusively by Foz Gourmet, this cult house is in the attentive hands of Pascal Agrapart, an obstinate purist.
The producer refuses commercial yeasts, fining, and filtration, utilizing horse-drawn plows in the vineyards and partial fermentation in old half-oak barrels. Agrapart's cuvées-such as the mythical 'Terroirs', 'Minéral', or 'Avizoise'-are a true tribute to the region's chalk geology. The wines deliver a crystalline texture with overwhelming saline minerality, combined with acidic tension and ethereal creaminess. This is not just Champagne; it is bottled luxury, rare and intellectual, reserved for the strictest global connoisseurs.

Since these wines are some of the rarest and most sought-after in the world, only customers with whom Foz Gourmet already has an existing relationship will be considered for allocation. All Agrapart wines are imported directly from the Domaine, Producer and/or Distributor, thus guaranteeing their provenance.
