Imported and distributed in Portugal exclusively by Foz Gourmet, this cult house is in the attentive hands of Pascal Agrapart, an obstinate purist.
The producer refuses commercial yeasts, fining, and filtration, utilizing horse-drawn plows in the vineyards and partial fermentation in old half-oak barrels. Agrapart's cuvées-such as the mythical 'Terroirs', 'Minéral', or 'Avizoise'-are a true tribute to the region's chalk geology. The wines deliver a crystalline texture with overwhelming saline minerality, combined with acidic tension and ethereal creaminess. This is not just Champagne; it is bottled luxury, rare and intellectual, reserved for the strictest global connoisseurs.
