Total destemming with cold skin maceration for 8 hours. Natural static defecation followed by alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Aged for 2 months in bottle.
Terroir
Produced on the clay-limestone soils typical of the Bairrada region. The Atlantic conditions and soil composition allow for excellent maturation and a successful partnership between Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in a wine with remarkable aging potential (6 to 8 years longevity).
