Hand-harvested in 25kg boxes, followed by full destemming and cold skin maceration for 24 hours. The maturation process takes place over 6 months, with 50% of the blend in stainless steel vats and the other 50% in new French oak barriques with periodic batonnage at a controlled temperature of 14°C.

Sourced from brown Mediterranean soils of non-calcareous materials, which provide the wine with freshness, structure, and balance, faithfully reflecting the Alentejo terroir.
