Mineral mouth with white flesh fruit, in balance between granite acidity and an elegant structure. The wood is well integrated so that the freshness and fruit stand out. Store in a dark and cool place (12 C at 14 C), in the horizontal position with minimum vibration. Consume between 4 and 6 years. Serve at a temperature of 12 C.
