This Quinta Serra d’Oura Reserva rosé was produced using a field blend of varieties located at altitudes between 500-700 meters of altitude. After being selected, the grapes were gently pressed in order to preserve the elegance and aromatic freshness of the various grape varieties. The use of used French oak barrels for fermentation and stage, gives a complex and structured profile, in perfect harmony with the marked acidity, the red fruit evident in the aroma and its bright color.
