While many producers opt for abundance, the winery practices ridiculously low yields, where several vines are needed to produce a single bottle. Combined with a drying process (appassimento) under fans and rigorous prolonged aging in new oak barrels, the results are overwhelming. Its Amarone and Valpolicella Superiore offer an impenetrable black concentration, challenging the senses with layers of dark chocolate, cherry compote, tobacco, and a thick, silky texture. It is a level of technical precision and exclusivity attesting to a cult status for any top-tier cellar.
