The Meunier comes from the vintage 2015 in the village of Chambrecy and meets an addition of vins de reserve from Cumières – vintages 2014, 2013 and 2011. Refining and fermentation in oak barrels for this generous and round Champagne with a low sugar dosage (1g/l).
