The palate is very fresh and alive, with well marked acidity. Shows intensity and concentration from the old vines and citrus notes and light wood in the end of mouth. Great aging potential will benefit from a few years of bottle. Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C. Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
