It combines the best virtues of the Chardonnay grape, French barrels and masterly biological aging, taking the white wine of Mendoza to a level of complexity unsuspected until recently, it smells of nuts (hazelnuts and almond skin) and candied fruit. On the palate, the salinity of the biological aging is subtly felt on a base of candied citrus fruits and some shy tropical memory.
