Experts' AssessmentVinification and Ageing
Grapes are fermented for 5 to 8 days in open lagares without destemming. During this period, manual punch-downs are performed several times a day until the desired intensity is reached. The wine finishes fermentation in old wooden barrels, where it ages for approximately 18 months. It is bottled without any fining or filtering.

Sourced from old vines in the Bairrada region, where the Baga grape variety reaches its highest expression, resulting in a wine of incomparable character and great aging potential.
