Allegrini
A true icon of Italian winemaking, Allegrini is the undisputed star of Valpolicella, setting global standards for luxury, innovation, and prestige in Amarone production.
● Allegrini's history is intrinsically rooted in Valpolicella Classica, with a heritage dating back to the 16th century. However, it was under the revolutionary vision of Giovanni Allegrini in the 1960s that the winery transformed into one of the greatest emblems of world wine. Nicknamed the "architect of the rebirth," Giovanni introduced the "Cru" concept and totally rethought the appassimento (grape drying) technique. Today, managed by the new generations (Francesco, Giovanni, Matteo, and Silvia), Allegrini is globally revered for its Amarone, a wine of monumental velvety texture and impressive mineral elegance. Furthermore, the house is a pioneer in singular wines: the mythical 'La Poja', one of the very few 100% Corvina wines from a single limestone plateau, and the iconic 'Palazzo della Torre', famous for its innovative double fermentation method. Rejecting overly sweet or heavy profiles, the "Allegrini Style" delivers a crystalline purity and freshness that elevate haute cuisine, making it the undeniable choice for collectors and the finest tables around the globe.Filtrar e Ordenar
