Produced from vineyards with an average age of 40 years. Vinified with prolonged maceration and strict temperature control. Aged for 3 years in stainless steel tanks, without any wood intervention, preserving the fruit's purity and the rustic character of the terroir.
Terroir
The vineyards are situated on granitic-quartzitic soils at 450 meters altitude, under a Mediterranean temperate climate. These conditions, combined with low planting density and traditional driving, result in grapes of high concentration and regional typicality.
