Born from the union of three of Portugal’s greatest winemakers, the MOB project creates authentic Dão wines mirroring the region’s rustic elegance and purity.

● Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal, and Jorge Serôdio Borges, three names inseparable from great Douro wines, joined their talent to explore the granitic freshness of the Dão. The MOB project focuses on rescuing old vines on the slopes of the Serra da Estrela. With minimal intervention winemaking, their wines are distinguished by brilliant acidity, incredibly fine tannins, and notes of forest and pine. These are creations paying homage to Dão classicism, delivering a light and deeply gastronomic sophistication.
