Nuno Mira do Ó is a passionate authorial winemaker dedicated to old vines, crafting minimal-intervention wines of profound authenticity in regions like Dão and Bucelas.

● With a philosophy of pure respect for the terroir, the Mira do Ó project was born from the desire to rescue classic profiles and ancestral vines in Portugal. Working in contrasting regions like the granitic hills of Dão and the clay-limestone soils of Bucelas, Nuno Mira do Ó relies on spontaneous fermentations and gentle extractions. His wines stand out for their structured lightness, sharp acidity, and a passionate telluric character. These are elegant, artifice-free vintages designed for long bottle evolution and haute cuisine.
