Tradición is a cult winery in Jerez, dedicated exclusively to bottling the oldest, rarest, and purest Andalusian fortified wines in the world.

● Rejecting volume and modern commercial practices, Bodegas Tradición focuses exclusively on Jerez wines classified as V.O.S. (over 20 years) and V.O.R.S. (over 30 years). The house restores and preserves ancestral methods, bottling Olorosos, Amontillados, and Palo Cortados without any cold filtration or color-altering additions. The result is meditation wines with monumental oxidative depth, vibrant salinity, and sharp acidity. It is the definitive choice for those seeking the classicism and unaltered authenticity of southern Spain.
