Hárslevelu

Hárslevelu is a Hungarian white grape variety of great distinction, whose name (‘linden leaf’) evokes the delicate floral perfume that characterizes its wines. Along with Furmint, it is an essential component in Tokaj’s sweet wines, but it shines equally in varietal dry white wines. It produces structured and aromatic wines with notes of honey, white flowers, and a smoky mineral touch. On the palate, Hárslevelu is enveloping and elegant, with a balanced acidity that provides longevity and a very refined gastronomic profile.
