Colombard is a white grape variety of French origin, historically fundamental in the production of Cognac and Armagnac, but which has earned a prominent place in modern viticulture as a table wine. It is characterized by its vibrant acidity and intense, fresh aromas of lemon, grapefruit, and tropical fruits. It is a grape that shines in sunny regions like California and southwest France, yielding light, crisp, and very refreshing white wines, ideal for youthful consumption and casual moments.
