Coda di Volpe
Coda di Volpe is a historic white grape variety from the Campania region in southern Italy, whose curious name (‘fox tail’) comes from the long, curved shape of its clusters. This grape produces golden-colored wines with an aromatic profile rich in ripe yellow fruit, honey, and a volcanic mineral touch. On the palate, it is structured and soft, with moderate acidity that makes it extremely food-friendly. It is an essential variety for terroir-driven wines, such as those grown on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius.
