Caladoc is a modern red grape variety, a cross between Grenache and Malbec, which has found fertile ground in Portugal to express itself with vigor. It is characterized by the production of wines with deep, intense color and firm yet well-integrated tannins. Its aromatic profile is dominated by ripe red fruits, such as raspberry and currant, accompanied by a spicy touch. It is a variety highly valued for its ability to provide structure and color to blends, resulting in balanced wines with great presence.
