Distilled spirits bring together the main families of spirits shaped by distillation and maturation.

● Cereals, sugar cane, agave or grapes are transformed into characteristic styles: whisky, rum, gin, vodka, tequila and mezcal, as well as brandy, cognac and selected liqueurs. Pot stills or column stills define the texture. Ageing in oak adds spice, vanilla and structure. To be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in carefully prepared classic cocktails.
