Intense selection of clusters followed by a pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Slow fermentation enriched with the best wine spirits, followed by a post-fermentation maceration of 6 months. The final stage is performed in 225-liter French oak barrels (used 2-3 wines).
Terroir
Clay-limestone soil in the Setúbal region. Vineyards with controlled yields not exceeding 2500 liters/ha to ensure maximum quality.
