Casa de Santar is the Dão’s most noble and emblematic estate, crafting classic wines with an aristocratic profile that define the region’s structured elegance.

● With a history linked to the same family for 15 generations and managed by the Global Wines group, Casa de Santar is the heart of Dão's noble viticulture. Surrounding its historic manor house, the vineyards provide excellent grapes like Touriga Nacional and Encruzado. The winery masters the balance between the terroir's granitic freshness and the longevity of the blends. Its red wines excel in fine tannins and unmistakable floral notes, while the whites show a seductive volume. It is the safe bet to taste the classicism and timeless excellence of the Dão.
