Pedro & Inês White has a straw colored light. Light toasted aroma combined with fruit jelly, pineapple, and some mineral. Creamy, with a persistent minerality and that blends in perfectly with citrus acidity. Stylish and long.
It is a unique wine, where the variety’s character is supported by the Douro’s concentration and minerality. It is fermented and aged in french oak barriques under the process of batonage with lees. It reveals a beautiful golden colour and a complexity of tropical fruit aromas with smokey oak nuances of toast.

The Touriga Nacional from Quinta de Cidrô is a very complex wine with a great varietal character, showing aromas of blue berries and sharp floral notes. Although intense and expressive on the palate, it reveals freshness and elegance, making it very enjoyable to drink while young. Nevertheless, we also recommend saving a few bottles for the next few years.
Mineral aroma, citrus and tropical fruit, fresh and full-bodied on the palate, buttery texture and complexity provided by fermentation and ageing in barrels. Serve with fatty grilled fish, shellfish, sushi and Italian cuisine.
Good aromatic concentration with notes of red fruits and resin. Smooth tannins. Well balanced with a persistent finish.
