Quinta da Pellada Primus 2022 White

"Primus" (of First) is the harmony between exuberance and longevity. Exotic fruit, citrus and an ideal marriage between minerality, texture and acidity.

 
This wine, predominantly of the Encruzado variety, among many other grape varieties planted in the old Pellada vineyard, was partially fermented in barrels, followed by 3-month batonage and bottling.
