Deep ruby colour. Notes of violet, eucalyptus, varnish and dark plums. Deep, complex, but always with great freshness and elegance. Full of fresh fruit, liquorice and spices. Involving, dense, but with a remarkable harmony and balance. A great vineyard, with the fingerprint of a great year.
Citrus in color with a slight greenish tint. Aroma of orange blossom combined with notes of biscuit and brioche with a fresh finish. In the mouth plenty of fruit, creamy and persistent.
Bright citric color, with greenish nuances, intense aroma of white pulp fruit, pineapple, vanilla and some jam notes. In the mouth it is fresh and creamy, with good acidity and a long and persistent finish.
Citrus in color, with hints of gold. Impressive aroma, very delicate fruit and foam. On the palate, it has citrus and green apple notes. Very unctuous, creamy and with good acidity. Excellent for drinking on special occasions with more elaborate dishes or enjoyed without pairing. Serve at 6°C to 8°C.
Clear wine of citric color. In the aroma a lot of tropicality, notes of ripe fruit and lychees. In the mouth it is fresh with lots of fruit and elegance. Persistent and enveloping in the mouth with greater structure.
Clear, garnet red color. Floral aroma, complex with hints of wild berries. In the mouth, aromas of overripe fruit, some vanilla as a complement, warm, smooth, persistent, intense and with restrained tannins.
With a slight rosé tint. Quite fresh aroma, notes of raspberry and strawberry, light orange blossom conjugation, fruity, fresh mouth, balanced and crunchy acidity. Very elegant.
Surprising sparkling wine, with a vibrant acidity, harmonious and elegant, with a fine and abundant bubble, persistent and smooth.
Deep ruby color with violet reflections, expressive aromas of black cherry and currants with green and peppery nuances. Expansive mouth with spicy notes, fresh fruit supported by firm tannins. Ends round and gluttonous. It can stage in good conditions for a period of at least 8 years.
Yellow in colour with a greenish hue, citrusy nose with hints of honeysuckle, apricot and tropical fruit, punctuated by toasted wood notes. Fresh elegant mouthfeel leading to a persistent finish. This wine pairs perfectly with fish hot pots or oven baked Cod. Mild, creamy blue cheeses are also good matches to this wine. This wine will reach its full...
Pale rubi in colour with bright sanguine hues, intense fruity aromas reveal hints of sweet and morello cherries. Excellent mouth volume, lingering fruit and freshness. This is a very versatile and gastronomic wine which pairs well with charcoal grilled red meat, roast suckling pig and oven baked fish. It will be best enjoyed within the next 6 years.
Fernão Pires, made to remember the old farm wines, more rustic (nicknamed Fernão Pirão), here with a strong component of shaved stone, flint, candied fruit. In the mouth it has great balance and freshness, with citric acidity to give crispness and structure. It is very interesting and is in the mouth. A good “Fernão Pirão”!
