Another story that begins in our vineyards ... Elaborated with the Alvarinho grape variety according to the classical method, it is bottled in fermentation. It has a yellow citrine color, rich and intense aroma. In the mouth a soft and fresh presence, with a lot of balance and soft mousse. Consume at 8º / 10ºC.

For the “BUBBLY BRUT” we pick our Chardonnay & Pinot Noir grapes exclusively in the high mountain plots. Following the first fermentation in small stainless steel tanks and tonneaux barrel, the wines undergo a secondary fermentation in the bottle and are left to age “sur lie” for nine months.
Young, slightly golden color, fruity with elegant aroma, very fine and velvety bubble that dissolves in the mouth, with a present acidity that gives it a good presence of mouth, in a creamy, fresh and balanced set. Starters, grilled fish, light and fresh foods.

The color and aroma are intense and despite the absence of added sulphites the aroma and the taste have minerality and fruit.
