16.8It comes from the vineyards of Seia, vinified in stainless steel vats with soft and prolonged maceration. It aged for 12 months in used oak barrels of 225 liters.
In our vineyard Jaen is an easy and deep ripening grape variety. Closed in color, it has very mature and young aromas. Sweet in the mouth, full and complex, it is a wine of present but easy tannins. With a discreet acidity this Jaen stands out from our other wines showing a more generous facet, with sweet fruit and enough volume of mouth being thus our most muscled MOB.
