It is called LOUca (the LOU that stands out is the first syllable of the surname of the producer) LOUca tinto, by Louís Louro, was elaborated with Alicante Bouschet, Aragonês and Touriga Nacional, from grapes coming from vineyards implanted in calcareous lands. The stage was made in new and used barrels. In the aroma is fruity and mineral, and the palate is powerful and fresh. With tannins still salient, you'll have to wait for some time in the bottle or else accompany one of those intense and spicy dishes that will support its structure. It was made with grapes on foot, fermented juice at controlled temperature, and aged in French oak barrels. A project that will give pleasure to the table whatever the wine.
