It comes from a blend of varieties, which are partially vinified in group. The harvest is manual to 12kg boxes. After a slight grape skin contact, a very light pressing and natural decanting occurs. The fermentation process occurs in stainless steel tank with controlled temperature, where it then ages sur lies during 6 months. Due to this ageing process, the whole stabilization process prior bottling is naturally minimalistic.
