Aroma with very complex and elegant attack on dried fruit, apricot, honey and wild flowers. Good harmony in the mouth, with medium sweetness and good acidity, shows excellent flavors to ripe white fruits and some roasted from the barrel. Recommended temperature to better enjoy its virtues is 10 - 12 ºC. It works very well with several entrees, namely pâtés and foie gras. It is also served with some desserts.
