Pre-fermentative maceration, in order to extract the notes of fruit and spices typical of Yellow Tinta. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, with controlled temperature. Stage in stainless steel tank for 10 months. Ruby color, medium intensity. Aroma fresh and delicate, with notes of red fruits and spices. Palate with full and bulky attack, with fresh and enveloping acidity, in a long, tasty and persistent finish. Recommended to accompany light dishes of meat, fish and shellfish and medium intensity cheeses.
