This Quinta Serra d'Oura Reserva red comes from the lowest levels of the estate where the Touriga-Nacional and Touriga-Franca varieties are found, among others, harvested in its optimum state of maturation, preserving its natural acidity. Total destemming and fermentation were carried out in a wine cellar with temperature control, and then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Of great complexity, aromatic and gustatory freshness, it becomes a good gastronomic company for the typical national dishes, not losing the potential of guard characteristic of the wines produced.
