Made from the Syrah grape variety with the selection of the best grapes of the plot and with manual harvesting. Manual sorting of grapes at the entrance of the cellar on the carpet of choice. Crushing with direct pressing. Only the wort-drop used for this wine. Fermentation (temperature controlled between 13 and 16 ºC) and stage for 5 months in a 500 L barrel used of French oak (previously used for Madrigal). Batetonage very soft and spaced.
