Vinification, from a field of Antão Vaz the best grapes were selected, that remained in the vine until November. This way, the development of rot in these berries was allowed, increasing the concentration of sugars. The fermentation is then carried out at low temperatures, running at 12ºC for about 30 days.
Aging, prolonged stage, about 1 year, in Hungarian oak barrels.
Longevity up to 2 years.
