.8It comes from the vineyards of Seia, vinified in stainless steel vats with 50% of stalks, low extraction and low temperatures. It aged for 12 months in used 500-liter oak barrels.
In our vineyards, the Alfrocheiro grape variety always produces delicate wines. Color open to remember wines from cold climates, it has a very fine and elegant nose, with floral notes well complexed with fresh fruit. In the mouth test is deceptively light because it shows intense and full of character. The precision, personality and subtlety of this wine makes it our most "intellectual" MOB.
