The White Nossa wine results from a project between Filipa Pato and her husband, by the desire to produce a wine that expresses the full potential of the Óis exception terroir. This Village recognized since the nineteenth century by the high ability to create white wines.
It's fermented in casks of 500ltrs with temperature control below 18º C. Batonage twice a month until February, and was bottled in May.
Should not be served too cold, decanted in elegant glasses.
