A field blend of red grapes Cainho, Alvarelhão and Pedral. Wonderfully light, reminiscent of Pinot Noir. The fruit is very pure and light (not overdone): the texture of the wine is special, almost creamy. Fresh, earthy, dry but not drying, red cherry fruit, minerality. Serving cool is a must!
