This Loureiro with a well-closed aroma, presents light flowers, with a greenish color, thin and fine in the mouth, long and persistent finish. Pairs with salads, fatty fish, white and grilled meats, at a temperature of 12ºC. It can be consumed immediately or in the next 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool and dry place, protected from light and without temperature fluctuations. Made from a vine planted in 1989, between Ponte de Lima and Braga, I selected the vines with the lowest production, and the result of spontaneous fermentation in used barrels from Puligny-Montrachet, and consequent maturation of about 6 months, using battonage. It is believed to have made a wine with a strong varietal character, fresh with a slight floral touch. A wine with a finesse alongside great whites worldwide.
