Light yellow colour with hints of green (citrus). Well balanced with hints of unripened fruit and a slight tropical sensation. Coats mouth with a well proportioned acidic flavour wich envolves. Recommendable table wine. Pressed then decanted after 48 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Conserved in stainless steel with the first press. Serve between 10ºC e12ºC.
